4. 2000 Deville

   I ordered this product and delivery was quick. The video was very helpful and made this job much easier to do. To replace the window regulator took me about an hour. The hardest part is getting the door panel off but be persistent and it will come off. The regulator works perfectly and seems to be heavier duty than the original. So far I am very pleased!

5. Replacing my 2004 Cadillac window regulator

   This was something I didn't want to do myself. Up and down mainstreet made it look so simple on the video I couldn't help tackling the project. It was very easy to learn about ,as the video was written for simple people like me. I had a blast doing it myself and the only little problem was reinstalling the new regulator. I realized the regulator had to be cranked all the way down and the window held up for easy installation. What a good time I had and saved hundreds of dollars. A wonderful company and fast delivery of the new parts. Thank you so much for being all you said you were. I'm very satisfied, Reed Crick

6. Easy to Install

   It's easy to install if you watch the video a few times. One thing that is not clear in the video is that it's easier to install if you have the widow grips on the regulator rolled down almost all the way and the window up all the way held by a suction cup. You might have to plug in the harness to lower the grips being careful to keep your fingers away when you roll it down. You can then install the regulator easier by aligning the three bolts. When you've have the regulator installed you can then release the suction cup holding the window and manually lower the window into the grips. Then plug in the wiring harness to adjust the window grips up to the right height in order to tighten the two grips through the access holes in the door. This is a great product!

   When window stopped working, I thought oh damn. Where do I take it, the dealership is going to cost far more than I am willing to pay (time, travel and money). Searched problem and found video. Was timid about taking door apart but video showed where to push and pry. "New" part was perfect match. All went back together perfect because of video guidance. Fast shipping and a great price. Thank you.

    I completely agree with the previous 10 reviewers - great product BUT an even GREATER video - could NOT have done the job without it - the inner door removal was the BEST - Thanks again & I will spread the world !!
