Product Description
For the 2000-2011 Cadillac Deville, DTS, AND DHS. This will fit the Right (Passenger) FRONT. Installation instruction photos and Videos at www.devillewindowregulators.com. DOES NOT include the motor but this in one time you do NOT want to replace the motor. The original GM Motor is made in Mexico and almost never wears out. The replacement motors are made in Taiwan or China and will not provide the same quality. All parts have a no hassle 30 day return policy. You may return the part anytime within 30 days even after you have installed it.

Checked out the YouTube video on the window regulator after going to Cadillac dealership where they wanted $500 to replace it and said it would take 2 hours. Watched video went online and ordered the regulator which was delivered in less than a week and installed it in 35 minutes. Probably could've been faster but I don't have full use of my right arm. The product was top quality and the YouTube instruction was second to none!

This is the third (yes, third) regulator I have purchased from Up and Down for my 2003 DeVille. I have now replaced three of the four regulators on the car, and believe me when I say purchasing the regulator from Up and Down is the easiest, most pain-free part of the process. The shipping is lightning fast, and the product is always exactly right and great quality. Now if I could just figure out how to get the door panel off without destroying all the plastic mounts. He makes it look SO EASY in the YouTube video. :)

Extremely reasonable price! Extremely fast shipping! Looks to be of a quality product. Fit and finish was great!
I would like to add that a couple of the plastic wrappings had China written on them. Not everything that comes out of China is bad. I'm sure the product will be just fine. Thanks again Scott!

Part came in timely manner. Used step by step video, removing old and installing new part.
Worked as shown in video. I was concerned about alignment of glass but it worked exactly as shown. No problems. Excellent
Save several hundreds dollars vs. shop quoted pricing. .

After watching the UTube video I was able to pull out the inoperative part, confirm the problem, order the replacement part from the website, receive it in a timely manner, and install it in short order. And the best part was it worked perfectly! Definitely would go this route if one of the similar parts in the car fails.
