   Great product & price, I have had all regulator's changed when I had the car in Florida, now I have in England and thinking I would never get the right regulator fixed in this country. When I found UP & DOWN on the WEB. I ordered it and I just received it today , after it was held at Customs for 6 days. I installed the regulator myself in about 30 minutes.

   Ordered regulator, but got the wrong one. Called and owner(?) called back and shipped the right one as soon as he could. All good.

   Do it yourself!
   Recently took my 2003 Cadillac to the dealer when my window stopped working and was quoted a price of 350.00 to fix the problem.
   Since the car is 14 years old and I drive it only to work I decided that I could manage without.
   (Real pain at drive throughs and checking the mail)
   When the passenger side stopped working is when I decided something had to be done.
   Googled how to fix and came across up and down mainstreet.
   For a fourth of the cost to fix one, and a couple of hours I’ve got both drivers side and passenger side working perfectly!
   It’s been about eight weeks now and still working as they should.

   I am extremely pleased with the folks at Up And Down Main Street. The regulator in my 2001 Cadillac limo failed on a Friday evening. Google led me to their site, where I watched the repair video and ordered the part. Much to my surprise, they shipped the part on Saturday and it was on my front porch Monday. Great service! Thanks!

   I watch the video several times before ordering the window regulator and sure enough I did the job in about 30 minutes. Each part was just like the video and the job came out perfect. I went to Autozone to see how much thier regulators were and they were 3 times the price. Thanks Up and Down Mainstreet for the regulator and the steip by step video. Saved me a ton of money!

   Got on to youtube to see how to change out window regulator in my Caddy. Stumbled on to your instructional video lasting 9 minutes 22 seconds. Thought it would skip around and leave things out. No he did the entire job in the video and made it look so easy. I was willing to pay a little more for the fact the video was so through and helpful. But to my surprise the price was better than I could find around here. So win win . Thank you for the video and the excellent product. By the way due to the video I did the job in less than 10 minutes also. Thanks again ..
